Born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut, Brian Cloud received his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated with a B.A. in history and government. In 2001, Mr. Cloud graduated with honors from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, with a J.D. and an M.B.A. He was licensed to practice law and admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2001, followed by the Alabama Bar in 2003, and continues to the current time to be a member in good standing in both jurisdictions.
After practicing with a large Atlanta law firm for several years, Mr. Cloud was a founding member of what is now Cloud & Willis, LLC, a full-service law practice, in 2003. While Mr. Cloud’s practice encompasses all aspects of the law, he has distinguished himself in real estate, corporate law, and creditors’ rights law.
